3D PRINTED JEWELRY
Our new collection of 3D jewelry is printed in non-toxic ABS plastic, and is made using the latest technology of FDM - Fused Deposition Manufacturing. Melted filament is heated to a melting point, then directed through a very fine nozzle, depositing a thin layer of liquid filament at designated positions - one on top of another to created the 3D object. This allows the creation of intricate designs which hitherto were impossible or extremely difficult to produce. All 3D printed jewelry is easily customizable because of the production method. Izabel Lam has created these jewelry in the spirit of her organic flowing forms - drawing her inspiration again, true to her passion, from the sea. The patterns and movements on the following bracelets and necklaces imitate the intricate designs of coral fans found swaying and swirling back and forth deep in the ocean.
